This is "home base" for our packaged fishing trips based in Twizel. Twizel was built as a hydro construction town in the early 1970's with many houses constructed in Oamaru and trucked to their current location. A senior staff house, this house still maintains much of its' character, with a few modifications and quite a bit more insulation than they originally had! "The Angle" as we call it, is located very conveniently close to town, being just a short 5 minute stroll to the shops, cafes and bars. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area provide both privacy and comfort for up to 4 anglers. Musterer's Hut Cafe is just over the road and opens at 7am in summer, for those early morning coffee stops!

Casual rental of the property is available - contact us for details and pricing - with room for up to 4 people, featuring two queen beds, two single beds and two spacious bathrooms. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, including all Sky Sports channels. Heated (or cooled in summer) with a high capacity air conditioner, your comfort is our priority. With views to the Southern Alps from the Lounge , it is a short stroll to the banks of the Twizel River for a quick fish in Summer, or for a round of Disc Golf in the town common just over the road.
